Description:
This dataset displays parcels in San Joaquin County that are enrolled in the Williamson Act as of August, 2015. 

The San Joaquin County Assessor's office queried their database for all parcels with a Williamson Act contract recorded.  An Excel spreadsheet of these parcels was sent to Conservation Biology Institute.  The spreadsheet was joined to the Parcels dataset to display the parcels enrolled in the Williamson Act.
